Robbie Shattuck
Robbie Shattuck is the Founder and CEO of Athos Private Wealth, where he leads the firm’s vision of delivering sophisticated strategies to wealth creators. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Robbie values meaningful connection just as much as performance.
The Athos Ski Summit, first launched in 2022, reflects that philosophy. What started as a simple idea—to bring clients and friends together on the slopes—has grown into a signature annual tradition. Each year, the event continues to evolve, blending thoughtful conversation, premium investment content, shared experiences, and time on the slopes.
Conner Mantz
We’re honored to welcome Olympian Conner Mantz as the keynote speaker at the Athos Ski Summit. A standout on both the national and global stage, Conner represented Team USA in the marathon at the Olympic Games and continues to rank among the top distance runners in the country.
Conner’s marathon PR is 2:04:43 which he shattered the American record at the 2025 Boston Marathon, breaking a record that had stood for over two decades.
A two-time NCAA champion at BYU and one of the fastest American marathoners of his generation, Conner has built his career on discipline, grit, and elite-level performance. His perspective on competition, endurance, and pushing limits makes him a powerful voice for the Athos community.
Haylie Mathis
Haylie Mathis has played a key role in bringing the Athos Ski Summit to life each year, helping ensure a seamless and elevated experience from start to finish. As Athos’ first employee, she joined the firm in 2021 and now serves as an Advisor, contributing across client relationships, business development, marketing, and events.
A natural fit for the Summit, Haylie’s love for skiing and time spent in the mountains made her an early champion of the event. She continues to work alongside Robbie to grow and refine the Summit each year, building it into a standout annual tradition.
